Please review our terms & conditions that surround our return/exchange/refund policy as per the ACCC's Consumer Rights & Obligations. By purchasing from KimkoLashes you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions in place. 

 

KimkoLashes takes pride and ensures 100% customer and product satisfaction. However, In the event you aren’t 100% satisfied with your product(s) and/or have a change of mind, we will accept exchanges within 10 days for store credit. Returned products must be untouched, unused and unworn & must be returned in their original packaging. 

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been used or altered in any way. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Removing the lashes from the plastic tray
  2. Using the sponge/wetting the sponge 
  3. Opening the lash glue bottle
  4. Cutting the lashes 
  5. Opening the brow pomade 

 

Returned items must be shipped within 10 days of transaction at your own expense. (If the product is faulty, shipping will be reimbursed with proof of shipping costs).

 

If in an unlikely event, your product(s) have a manufacturing fault, please contact us by email as soon as you can so we can fix the issue.
